Senior Principal
Tony has been involved with project, program, portfolio, and governance maturity engagements on six continents, working with the senior leadership and country executives of Fortune 500 / Global 2000 companies, international not-for-profit associations, and governmental entities. He specialises in organizational project management maturity and has assisted numerous organisations with successfully advancing their capabilities and achieving their business objectives.
He has performed strategic and operational management audits, maturity assessments, quantitative risk reviews, and independent verification and validation appraisals in support of global and multinational clients in their market-specific development and product development lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with corporate business strategies. He has established and redesigned numerous programme management offices (PMOs) and has a deep familiarity with organisational change management considerations, inclusive of communication and transformation methods and resource capability planning and optimization techniques. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, serves on the Board of Directors for a manufacturing concern, is the past President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), was PMI’s region mentor to Southwest North America, and is now on the Institute’s global ethics advisory committee.

Partner Principal
Imran Malik is a highly credentialed consulting expert with a techno-commercial background and a proven track record of executing mega-projects within the Telecom and Energy sectors. He has successfully assisted numerous companies with understanding areas of opportunity for process improvement and working with them to build their disciplines to meet their business needs and objectives.
Beyond his vast consulting experience, he has also been recognized as Global Project Manager by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a recipient of the International Project Manager of Year Award from the International Project Management Association (IPMA). He is also a representative on PMI’s Global Executive Council, helping to advance the early understanding of trends and their impacts to the project, program, and portfolio management environment from a business perspective. Fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Urdu, Mr. Malik earned his BEng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and his M.Sc. in Project Management from the the University of Manchester.

Ayodeji Ishmael, MBA, PMP, PRINCE2(P), PROSCI, SSBB,
Partner Principal
Deji Ishmael is a well-experienced consultant and trainer with over twenty-five years working with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has significant exposure in the NGO, parastatal, oil & gas, and finance sectors; is the Project Management Institute’s regional mentor for Africa; and is a quality auditor for the Institute’s training partners. He has delivered strategic and tactical training workshops across Africa and Europe and is a certified in project management, change management, and six sigma. Deji earned his Master of Science degree at the Said Business School and HEC Paris and his MBA from Bath University.
Deji is exceptionally well-rounded, with consulting and training experience in technology systems architecture design and implementation. He specialises in implementing business plans, product portfolio plans, market introduction plans, and project plans; and performing detailed market research and return on investment analyses. He is also a versatile course designer, courseware author, and facilitator with capabilities and experience in diverse areas including team building, organisational development, and conflict resolution interventions.

Jim Reedy
Principal
Jim Reedy is a former senior executive of several companies, having served as a Vice President at Regal Beloit, Group Vice President at Clarcor, Managing Partner at Reisco, and in multiple leadership positions within Yum! Brands. During his four decade career, Jim focused on sales and business development activities; improving organizational skills and technologies within high-growth, emerging, mature, and competitive business markets; and elevating management performance. He attributes his success to the principles of growth, service, excellence, and empowerment.
Jim is also a Past President and CEO of the Executive Management Institute and has provided executive coaching to the leadership of numerous companies and organizations worldwide, with an emphasis on improving operational capabilities in production facilities wide array of vertical markets. He has served on the boards of directors of several professional associations and is currently a board member of a private international manufacturing and distribution corporation. He is a U.S. military veteran and his undergraduate and graduate studies were at the Universities of Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, respectively.

Bill Deyle, PMP
Principal
Bill Deyle, PMP, has over twenty-five years of experience in successfully delivering high visibility, mission-critical, and at-risk projects. He has led programs, both domestically and internationally, with budgets ranging from under $1 million to in excess of $160 million, including global cross-functional initiatives. He has proven expertise in leading efforts at the enterprise and business unit levels of organizations to define and deliver business critical, strategic initiatives, with measurable business outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.
In addition to strong project and program management capabilities, Bill attributes his successes to effective leadership, internal and external stakeholder management, communications management, mentoring, and alignment of project goals, scope, and outcomes to enterprise objectives. His experience spans many industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, claims processing, government, biotechnology, healthcare, and pharmaceutical organizations, and a variety of functional domains including, IT applications and infrastructure, manufacturing, joint ventures and divestitures, and facilities.

Associate Principal
Joseph Landry brings over twenty years of architectural and construction administration experience to the team. He has garnered several regional and national awards and is adept at project and stakeholder management in fast-moving, time-to-market sensitive environments. His projects range from civil infrastructure efforts to larger industry complexes.
