He has proven expertise in leading efforts at the enterprise and business unit levels of organizations to define and deliver business critical, strategic initiatives, with measurable business outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.
In addition to strong project and program management capabilities, Bill attributes his successes to effective leadership, internal and external stakeholder management, communications management, mentoring, and alignment of project goals, scope, and outcomes to enterprise objectives.
