Bill has over 30 years experience in project leadership and program management from idea to marketable solution. During that time has performed a multitude of roles such as senior executive, line manager, and staff member for Fortune 100 companies and startups. Bill is a Certified Master Performance Coach, Lean Agilist, Change Facilitator and Value Innovator. Previously Bill was Director of Systems Integration for BCSI; VP and point for VCs at Quesix, a pioneer in the electronic medical record; and one of Xerox’s 32 Integrated Solutions Managers chartered with transforming Xerox’s brand of The Copier Company into The Document Company by mentoring Xerox’s world-class sales organization in solutions sales and productizing innovative solutions created by Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). Xerox was followed by Coris; a pioneer in authoring and publishing web solutions which was acquired by Quark. After Coris, Bill founded TBGI, now Ecocentric Strategies, where he served a multitude of early stage technology tool companies and successfully implemented critical initiatives using Lean for Knowledge Work as the foundation for methodologies from Waterfall to Agile methods.
A Systems Thinker, Bill’s mantra is “align resources in the business ecosystem, drive to value, and eliminate waste by building efficient, high-quality, high-availability systems that holistically serve multiple boundaries.”
